Shopping Terms and Conditions
- We do not accept product requests if the available items are already complete on the website. If you would like clearer photos, please request them from our customer service. We require about 1–2 days to send the photos, and we reserve the right to decline your request.
- Transactions made through the site will be confirmed via email.
- Product prices and ongoing promotions are subject to change according to CLAWSET’s policy without prior notice.
- Shipping service fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and the rates applied by the courier service chosen by the customer.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Product orders via CLAWSET’s payment gateway can be made every day, 24 hours a day. Our customer service team is available to assist you (Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 24:00 WIB).
- Payment status is considered valid and successful once verified by our system and Finance team. Customers can check their payment status in their order history.
- Customers may also contact Customer Service to confirm payment status by sending proof of transfer to facilitate the verification process.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Orders are shipped after payment has been verified. Customers can check order status in their order history.
- Orders received will be processed according to our Warehouse operating hours. Orders placed on Sundays/Holidays or outside operating hours will be queued and processed on the next business day.
Warehouse Operating Hours:
a Monday–Friday : 09:00 - 18:00 b Saturday : 09:00 - 12:00 c Sunday/National Holidays : Closed - We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, riots, etc.
- Tracking numbers will be provided through our system and via email.
- Any loss caused by CLAWSET or the shipping courier will be compensated 100 percent.

Payments made via Bank Transfer: refunds will be manually transferred to the customer’s bank account.
