Terms & Conditions for Exchange Process

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Items can be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Exchangable Items

  1. Items purchased on SALE or during promotional campaigns.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Customers must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Exchange is only applicable for size changes, subject to stock availability.
  3. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).
  4. No cash refunds or money returns are allowed under any circumstances.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 3 calendar days for assistance, with evidence of photo and video unboxing
  2. The item must be returned in its original condition for verification.

5. Final Decision

  1. The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions are not met.
  2. Management’s decision is final in all exchange-related matters
