1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items can be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Exchangable Items
- Items purchased on SALE or during promotional campaigns.
3. Exchange Process
- Customers must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange is only applicable for size changes, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).
- No cash refunds or money returns are allowed under any circumstances.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 3 calendar days for assistance, with evidence of photo and video unboxing
- The item must be returned in its original condition for verification.
5. Final Decision
- The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions are not met.
- Management’s decision is final in all exchange-related matters
