Where's my parcel?
Orders are processed on the same business day after payment. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number and a tracking link.
1Check your shipping email
Open the "your order is on the way" email from Clawset and tap the tracking link in it to see where it is in real time. Don't see it? Check your Promotions or Spam folder.
2Or sign in to your account
Sign in with the email you used at checkout, open Orders, and choose your order to see its status and tracking link.
3Already have a tracking number?
Enter it below and choose your courier. We'll copy the number for you and open the courier's tracking page, so you only need to paste it.
Tracking number not showing yet?
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or after warehouse hours ship on the next business day. Still need help? Send us your order number (e.g. #1021) on WhatsApp, 10:00–18:00 WIB.
